Burke, who saddled Holloway Boy to claim this prize 12 months back, stated of his most current victor: "He's always worked perfectly and William said after a furlong he knew he was on an extremely good horse.


"He's a charming horse with a fantastic mind, however I was a bit anxious whether I was doing the right thing dropping him in this grade on his third run. He ran rather green at Thirsk last time.

Considering future strategies, the Spigot Lodge handler added: "He's won a Group Three now so he can't go in reverse from that, but I do not really want to throw him in unfathomable yet.


"I'll take a look and see what's readily available, but I understand there's not a lot available over a mile.


"I certainly would not think we'll travel him (abroad) this winter, however I'll need to have a chat with Sheikh Mohammed Obaid (owner) and see where we go."
